Nothing more mundane – and nothing that could be more foreign to us. Despite all our cumulative knowledge about the body, it remains a mystery to us. Therefore, my work – in different ways – always refers to the human body.

Nichts was uns alltäglicher – nichts was uns fremder wäre. All unserem gesammelten Wissen zum Trotz, bleibt der Körper ein Mysterium. Daher bezieht sich meine plastische Arbeit – in unterschiedlicher Weise – immer wieder auf den Körper.
